Beginners Sourdough Class | April 27th
Curious about sourdough but not sure where to start? Dive into our sourdough class with co-owner Linda Chiarizio. This 4-hour class will cover the basics of keeping a starter alive (and happy), tools & equipment used in sourdough baking, several sourdough bread recipes as well as discard recipes. All participants will start a traditional loaf of sourdough bread and take home a pre-started loaf as well. Traditional sourdough loaves take approximately 24 hours from start to finish, so the loaf you take home will be pre-started by Linda the day before. Participants will also go home with active starter to get yourself going at home too!
Beginners Sourdough Class runs Sunday, April 27th from 9-1pm. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
Class is limited to 6 participants. Cancelations prior to April 22nd will receive a full refund. Cancelations after April 22nd are non-refundable.
